1. Fully insert the plastic clip into the bottom of the back lower part of the magazine pouch.
2. Fold the clip along the centerline.
3. Insert the head of the clip into the marked line and repeatedly pass it through the plastic base at the bottom to complete the installation of the magazine pouch strap on the vest/chest rig sub-pouch.
