What is HHPPE

HPPE has high strength: the strength is more than 10 times that of high-quality steel. High modulus: second only to super carbon fiber. Low density: less than water, can float on the surface. High strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber has excellent physical properties. A chemical group that, because of its high crystallinity, does not readily react with chemical agents. Therefore, water resistance, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, UV resistance, so there is no need to undergo UV resistance treatment. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, with excellent wear resistance, not only has a high modulus, but also soft, has a long flexural life, the melting point of high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber between 144~152C, a short time exposure to 110C environment will not cause serious performance reduction
